Getting back on track!

Alright so we’ve been MIA on this blog/website stuff for awhile now but time to get back on it!  We’ve created a twitter (@rareformlive) so please follow us! Here are some of our personal twitter handles as well, @delacroosh, @alive619, @touchofcas, @brovabey . 

We are very excited to be recording our very first album the weekend of Oct. 23-25 at the san diego based recording studio, Capricorn Studios ( http://www.capricornstudios.net/index.html ).  We’ve been in practice mode for the past few weeks to be physically and mentally ready to get this album recorded!  It has been loooongg overdue.  So be prepared in the next few months for the release! 

This year has gone by faaasssst and there have been many changes for the better!  We are going to keep moving forward with our music and i hope all of you continue to support us!

On another note….We do need some pictures taken and also possibly someone to design our website.  So if anyone knows anyone or anything that can help please let us know!  Feel free to shoot us an email, rareformlive@gmail.com, or hit us up on facebook or twitter!  Also for all you creative beings out there, give us some ideas for album art!

July Schedule

Here is what’s coming up in July. CAS will be performing solo with The Defamation League on July 4th at Winstons. RFL will be at The Bitter End July 9th and Yogi’s Bar & Grill in Cardiff (north county for you city folk) July 23rd.

Art Around Adams Art & Music Festival!

Come check us out at San Diego’s largest music and arts festival this Saturday June 6th. We go on at 12:30pm at the Edgeware Gallery Stage. This event showcases local talent with a 1.5 mile art walk. Vendors, film dance and fashion being showcased all day until 10pm.
Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door.

RILEY’S MUSIC LOUNGE MAY 29

First off, we want to thank UCSD for having us play at the Price Center for the Leadership conference!  We had to substitute some band members, but overall was a good show.  Great job to all the acts today!  There is deffinately alot of talent in San Diego, so everyone please support your local bands/artists!

Next on the list, we are playing at RILEY’S MUSIC LOUNGE in Point Loma this coming friday, May 29.  We will be playing with a band from LA, DDL Roundhouse who are a dope band! It should be a great show so come check us out! I believe we go on around 9pm. Hope  to see you all there!

Random:

One of my good friends is having a memorial weekend sale at his shop, The Fizix, (www.thefizix.com).  25% off everything in the store.  He just relocated his shop from San Marcos to Northpark, so be sure to check out the new shop and grab some new gear!  There will also be a free bbq on sunday! FREE FOOD!!!
